Mental Health Counseling

I offer individual mental health counseling in my private practice in the Cummings Center in Beverly, Massachusetts. I specialize in working with young women (10-ish to 40-ish) struggling with anxiety, adjustment disorders, depression, and trauma. Primary modalities used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, feminist-relational therapy, Animal-Assisted Therapy, person-centered therapy, relaxation training (including mindfulness and aromatherapy), and solution-focused therapy. I provide Animal-Assisted Therapy with my certified therapy rabbit named Peanut.
